When are users who paid for early access for FC26 going to receive compensation for not being able to play? For weeks FUT was inaccessible, going back to the end of FC25. Users would receive an error message that FUT was not accessible and they were returned to the main menu. A post was put in the technical portion, but marked as solved even though it's still ongoing. Complete ridiculous how users have been treated, poor customer service. EA technical support even indicated the issue was still ongoing and the forum should not be marked as solved. We need compensation.
