Constant disconnects while leading + Disregard for regional (Belgium) impact
I am starting a new thread because the previous response regarding 'troubleshooting' does not address the actual issue.
Proof it is not my network: I was active in a PlayStation Party chat during all 4 disconnects. My voice connection never dropped once, proving my local internet was 100% stable. Only the connection to EA Servers failed.
Server-side outages: The Division Rivals servers were officially down during the final hours of the competition. I needed only 1 more win for my rewards, which was impossible to get due to server instability.
The 'Belgium' Factor: As a player in Belgium, I cannot buy FC Points. I am forced to rely entirely on earned rewards. By ignoring these server-side losses, EA is putting my account at an irreparable disadvantage that cannot be fixed by 'troubleshooting' my router.
I am requesting a manual review of my match logs for March 3rd. Standard automated replies about network settings are not acceptable when the proof points to server failure.
