EA Please, We need this to be Fixed!!

Hello, 

My name is Moamen I'm from Egypt 22 years old, I'm playing from edition of FIFA 23, I faced so many scripts and scenarios in this game that is unexpected and unreal as an example, 45+ and 90+ why there is a certain goal need to be scored in this two times, where is fair, where is competition, where is the skills that i need to have, Why when I win 2 games in the row it's a chance by 90% that I will lose the 3rd, Another issue, Packs, Last 5 days I charged FIFA with more than 9000 EGP = 200 USD approx., I didn't pack one of the good players in game, I did a lot of SBCs and still nothing, every game i rage, every game i be nearly to have a heart attack from what I see, can you please guys fix the game that we love and that we want to play, Cause to be honest this is more than much, Seriously I thought more than one time that I want to stop playing any game, and stop living from the issues I face , luck in pack, and no fair completion, I'm waiting for your response, Best regards
