Ok, let's see...could you give these steps a try?
- Open the EA Help website
- Click “Help by Topic” followed by 'EA Account': You'll find this at the top left-hand side of the EA Help homepage.

Then choose 'How to get back into your EA Account' and Scroll to the Bottom: At the end of the guide, you’ll find the “Contact Us” button. Click to start your support request
- Continue as Guest: The next step will ask you to log in to your EA account. For now, choose to 'Continue as Guest'.
- Fill Out Your Info: Enter your details and make sure to put in a different email address you have access to in the email address field (this is the email the support team should respond to). In the description field, share the details of the EA account you need help with and that you believe it's compromised.
- Submit Your Ticket
- Choose Your Contact Option
Our support team will do their best to help you recover your EA account from there.
