I CANT SELL CARDS

I haven't been able to sell players for almost two months. I've made over six posts here, contacted support more than ten times, and nothing has been done. Seriously, EA, can you do something? You have time to release cards and tournaments every day, but meanwhile, there are people who can't play normally, and you don't care. I've been dealing with this error for two months, and you haven't done anything. Please fix it or refund the money I paid for the game. It seems like you don't care about the player experience and only care about making money and releasing cards.
