Max bid/buy wait 24hrs

I’ve got this error when turning to list a player it’s been like it since release, I’ve completed all the objectives waited 24 hours still can’t list players. I can buy players just cannot list em. 
Few people have this issue but again no one can solve it and the customer service is a nightmare leads to nothing 

ANY HELP?!??
