My account was hacked

My account was hacked and all my players were sold in min price and almost lost 3M coin were stolen then i suddenly go banned even though.

i really need help because somthing completetly unbeliveavble just happened.

what makes it crazier is that i play on Playstaion 5, but the ban shows up as if its for PC...

i have no idea how that even makes senes. someone else breaks into my account, ruins everything-and im the one getting punished

i also tried openig support case, but eveery time im try i get an error and the system wont let me sumbit.

So i litrerlily have no way to appael this throuth the normal process

i've spent a lot of money on FIFA POINTS and played for hundreds hours, i have zero reson to cheat when i have such a valuble account

im just need any help from forum staff or anyone who experincrd this before would be greatly appreciated this situation extremely unfair
