Recieved a 2 week suspension email but on the ea help website it says permanent?

Hi, 

So this is very strange. I got a 2 week suspension for cheating even though I didn't cheat whatsoever. I don't understand why my account was flagged but I tried appealing and it got denied but it's obvious it's a automatic email and it wasn't actually reviewed. 

Why is it that it says permanent when it's 2 weeks suspension? Is this a visual error? If so, do I just wait it out and then I can login or is it actually permanent and I need to appeal again? It was permanent on the penalty history but when I appeal the colour went red instead of orange. It is very strange.
