SUBSTITUTES IN CLUBS & BENCH CAM

We really need to be able to make substitutes in clubs during and match or half time. Some players join matches in clubs late and wana get on but have to wait and stare at the formation screen as others play and end up leaving , So with SUBSTITUTES this wouldnt happen and a manager can add fresh players on the pitch or take off a player that needs to do something or is tired ect and makes the game realistic every game mode has subs accept clubs which is unfair and a bench cam woul be grate to watch the match from the sidelines when on the bench in clubs
