A huge input lag on pc

This ea fc 26 is unplayable on pc. Yet again huge massive input lag in any online mode in UT. I can't play rivals, Weekend Leagu, Tournaments and Live Events.i am missing out on so many rewards. Can someone from Community Management initiate refund procedure for me as the game is unplayable?can you please do that so I get contacted in regards of refund?
