Account gone and Controller doesn’t work
I have 2 Problems:
1. I’ve been using the same PlayStation account since 2009. This year, for the first time, I got EA Play Pro (PC), which included the Ultimate Edition of EA FC 26. After logging in for the first time, a completely new “FC account” was created on the same EA account. That new account has my points and the season pass, but my original club (founded in 2009) with the unlocked transfer market and the stuff from the WebApp was gone. On the WebApp I can still switch between both EA FC accounts, even though they both run under the same EA account!? My EA account has always been linked to my PlayStation account, so it was when I started EA FC26 for the first time. I decided to live with it for now, since others on the forum had the same issue and support apparently couldn’t help… but that brings me to the next problem.
2. I play with a controller (since I originally come from PlayStation). This works fine in the menus and in Squad Battles. Even online Rush works without issues. But as soon as it comes to Rivals or tournaments, the problems start. Whenever it’s 11 vs 11 online, my controller either only works for the first seconds or doesn’t work at all from the beginning! I already tried the suggested fix with 60Hz and V-Sync, but unfortunately that didn’t solve it. I don’t even want to talk about the login issues EA had until 3:30pm (german time)… luckily, that at least got fixed.
So if anyone has ideas or possible solutions, please let me know. At this point I honestly feel like I’d rather take my money back than keep struggling with all these constant problems in EA FC!
