Account not working

ive never been able to launch the game due to the splash screen issue, i tested my brothers account on my pc (my brother plays fifa daily on his own pc) and it worked, so i logged back into mine and of course it didnt load gave me the splash screen issue, so i tried my account on his pc and of course it didnt load so is my account just bugged or something as i dont understand why his account works on my computer if the anticheat is splash screening me but his account it doesnt do that even on the same computer
