Appeal not Submitted

Dear EA,

Recently i got banned from FC26 due to Balance transfer, you guys accuse me buying coins or purchasing FC points with 3rd party.

I have never do that, i never buying coins and i always purchasing in the steam, i got the evidence, and when i am want to appeal my ban, the cases always not created it, i already spend like $1000 on FC26, there is no way i am buying coins or do something illegal right?
