Beyond A Joke Now

Still yet to play a game of ultimate team, I bought this game for £90 nearly 3 weeks ago. Still me and thousands of others are unable to play because of a problem with the game leading it to crash after 5-10 in game minutes. 3 patches and yet this issue has still failed to have been addressed. I have missed out on lots of content due to having no players from no rewards from being unable to complete matches. Please address this issue soon. The menus run smoothly and rush is the only mode that I am able to play. Rivals, squad battles and even moments cause the game to crash with no error/crash report. Any sort of update or validation that this issue is being solved/investigated would be appreciated. Thankyou.
