blue screen ea problem

for me everytime I go into fc 26 it loads connect to the server it always ask for the club I support chose the club and uefa competitions after that it goes on this blue screen in the game and it doesn't load I remember I had left it for like 30 min and came back and it was still on this screen I tried hard rebooting DNS codes none of that work and it never use to be like this. I play on Xbox one

When you say "blue screen" rickisagoodboy, my first thought is a BSOD on a PC. As you are on Xbox, can you grab me a screenshot of just what you are seeing?

This way I'll have a better idea as to what it looks like, and it may be something I've seen before, which'll help.

Have you tried any Xbox troubleshooting steps for issues like games freezing?
