Can’t change my squad or play games. Pre order and can’t even play. What a JK

Every time I try to change my squad or play rivals it doesn’t save my squad and when I play rivals it doesn’t load and says can’t connect to ultimate team please try again later. Is anyone else getting this? Or can someone help me resolve it? Didn’t pay extra money for early access and not to be able to play
