Can’t log into ultimate team for 3 days now

Hey all, if having an issue, please read my last reply and try the troubleshooting and share the requested inform. 

If you don't then it makes it difficult for us to look into any possible emerging issue.

I’ve been told in live chat that it is a problem EA’s end, so who knows who to believe 🤔 

I did promise myself that if it wasn’t fixed by content time on Friday I’d delete the game. A large number of my community have also pledged to do the same. This is bad publicity for EA

When I promised myself I’d delete the game I was almost certain it would be fixed so there would be no need. But it’s less than two hours now until the time I am supposed to be deleting.  I can’t believe EA have allowed this with no explanation for why

I have gone through and tried the connection troubleshooting steps, and the same connection issue remains (please see attached screen shot).

Here are the info you have requested:

• ISP - Netvigator operated by HKT (PCCW)
• Location - Hong Kong
• Mode - not exactly sure what you meant here, but as an educated guess, I m on Playstation 5 via wifi, trying to connect to FC26 ultimate team mode and pro club mode which both have the same problem of unable to connect to EA server. It couldn’t connect to EA server just after launching the game (without picking the above two game modes)  nor picking account profile option under settings in the game, still can’t connect to ea server 
• When it happened - 2 days ago and counting, as of this moment in time, 22:30 Hong Kong time (GMT+8) 20 Feb 2026

Not seeing anything our side that would be cuasing issues so let's start by going ahead and ruling out connection.

If you try the steps and they don't help then can you grab me the following info:

• ISP
• Location
• Mode
• When it happened

For three days now I’ve received the message

 ‘connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu’.

i know other people affected by this issue and also people that aren’t. As you can imagine this is putting not only me, but also my circle of friends off playing the game, or heading to the store.

You may think this is a small issue affecting only a few people but I am proof that the word spreads fast amongst friends and nobody in their right mind is going to the store if there’s a risk of them or their friends being locked out of ultimate team.

I’ve lost the opportunity to complete many objectives in the tournaments of recent days. Will there be any compensation? If not, I think you’re gonna lose a whole bunch of customers.

i just want access to the service I’ve paid for and invested in. That shouldn’t be too much to ask. How can ultimate team be down for three days? How?

i have the same issue, every time i try to connect to ultimate team or pro clubs i get the screen that says 

“you have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC’s online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more.”

I m on PS5 platform, and I get this screen when I load up my FC26 game after the game tries to connect to EA server. 
My home internet is working fine, as indicated by my playstation connection working fine, other online games working fine on the playstation, and i can browse the internet with no problem with my other mobile devices that uses the same home network 

please kindly look into this as this issue has persisted for my account for the past 2 days and counting. I m aware that my friends do not have this connection issue , while I do still see some other user having such connection issue.

still can't connect to the game server. tried so many way. change my wifi to phone wifi, to LAN internet... Please help me, is it the game solf ware problem? I've try re-download the game.

My friend can login, I cant. I try to login this morning, its in, but after I came back from work. It happen again, still can't play single game.
