  • Subject: Unable to Connect to Ultimate Team on PS5 (Error: Returned to Main Menu)

     

    Hi EA Team,

     

    I’m experiencing an issue on PS5 where I’m unable to connect to Ultimate Team. Every time I attempt to enter, I get this message:

     

    > "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu."

     

     

     

    It then forces me back to the main screen. I’ve attached a screenshot of the error.

     

    Troubleshooting I’ve already done:

     

    Restarted the game

     

    Restarted the PS5

     

    Checked internet connection (works fine with other online games)

     

    Signed out and back into PSN

     

    Checked EA server status

     

    Reinstalled the game completely

     

     

    Nothing has resolved the issue so far.

     

    Can someone from support please look into this or confirm if it’s a server problem?

    If anyone else has encountered this and found a fix, please share.
