Can I use PS5 to play the same account (UT) I created using EA APP on PC?

I recently got a PS5 and a fc26 game on it, this is easier for me to access the game using remote play when I'm travelling. But when I launch the game and entered UT, it shows up a brand new profile ...

EA_Darko Thanks a lot for your reply! Then I have another question, how can I access the PS5 UT on EA web app? I know EA web app uses EA ID/password to login, but if I do so it will directly go to my PC UT account. Do you know how that's possible to access the PS5 UT account on the EA web app?

Look at the logged in profile and you should be able to swap to another one so long as they are linked to the same EA account

  Just a little upset since there is no pre-explanation about my situation and I hope it will be noted somewhere in the future so that people won't have a same issue when they have multiple platforms and want to play the same account.
