Cannot Access SEASON PASS or CLUBS (Day 3)

Completely unable to view my season pass or play Clubs on EAFC26. I get the error message “Season Pass in currently unavailable” whenever I try to view the pass and “cannot connect to EA Servers” whenever I click clubs. 

I can play all other online portions of the game with no issue (online friendlies, seasons, and ultimate team all work just fine) but I am still completely unable to access the season pass or clubs for whatever reason. 

I am on PS5, and have attempted all possible fixes with no solution (reset router, reset console, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, changed DNS, restored licenses, etc.) 

Not being able to access the season pass or an ENTIRE game mode has me wanting to refund my purchase considering I am not getting what I paid for. 

Anyone else having this same issue? Been 3 days of this now

  • I am experiencing the exact same issue and have reported this on multiple forum posts. This issue seems to be a syncing issue between our EA Account and the console account linked to it. My estimated solution is that EA need to allow us to sign out of our EA Accounts on our console and re-sign into our EA Account via the FC26 application on our console. This will resync our EA Account with our console account via the specific  FC26 appication (PS5 Version).
