cant access ultimate team

i go into a gauntlet game after game the screen turns black and i get a message, saying that the match is under rewiew nad i get sent back to the ea fc home page, the game didnt count so its a complete waste of time. i played 3 more games and same thing happend. i go on tiktok for a solution and go through all of the steps and restart my pc. after when i try to go into ultimate team i get a message saying i cant access ultimate team right now. ive had this issue for a while now and i have contacted ea but they cant help, i can access everything but ultimate team

is there a fix
