Cant move players in online modes except for rush

I paid for pre order, also for EA play pro  to play game as soon as possible and build my Ultimate team. Now I cannot play Online matches  for 3rd day and EA doesnt fix it.  I cant get rewards and complete objectives, I need to play 5 division rivals matches to have acces to the transfer market but its impossible because it kicks me out for innactivity. So I cannot progress in the game until EA fix this error.hat  is getting me into huge disadvantage compared to other players. I really want to know when EA will fix it and what will be the compensation,  because it's unacceptable that they release a game with these enormous problems like the one I already mentioned and the serious optimization issues it's having. They don't care that people have bought early access; they just fill their pockets with money and don't provide any solutions.
