Cant use any online modes, social panel/hub closes immediately

Social Panel (TAB/R2) opens for a split second and closes. “Play with a Friend” doesn't work. Invites are received but can't be accepted. After a few attempts, I get “Could not create game session. Please try again.”
I’ve done:

4x full game reinstalls
2x EA App reinstalls with full cleanup (AppData, ProgramData, Documents)
AntiCheat loads correctly
EA Background Service is running
Disabled VMP, Memory Integrity, overlays, Steam Input
Tested different controllers and keyboard
Tried new Windows user + new EA account → no change
Social/friends list is visible, but session creation fails.
Everything else works fine (offline modes, menus, Ultimate Team).
Please check backend entitlements or social provisioning on my account.
This issue is not fixable client-side and appears to be account/session-related.

this issue is present for at least two weeks now, i cannot do anything about it, spent over 10h trying to solve this, im out of ideas
