My kid had the same issue. Connect to EA Ultimate Team web app. Remove all your squads, create a new squad without any players and set it as your current squad. Then just restart FC26 and it should fix the issue, worked for my son.

Yo bro I cant even go in the ultimate team how can I remove squads
