Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment

I have been unable to play Ultimate Team for 10-11 days, I couldn't even play during early access because my game would simply not load. My screen freezes at the home screen and at the team of the week page. 

If I somehow get passed those two screens, everything takes long to load and I even get kicked out mid game making it impossible to advance in this game. Need compensation for NOT BEING ABLE TO PLAY A SINGLE DAY OF EARLY ACCESS.
