Can't load into ultimate team, lost pre order bonus, now game wont even load

Yesterday was able to get into ultimate team for only a few minutes and when trying to redeem the pre order bonus (icon, etc.) It crashed and when checking the companion app, its completely gone. Now the game wont even load into the start menu. $75 to miss out on all the early game content, lose my pre order bonus and not even be able to play a single match in the first week is truly horrible.
