Since the launch of the Ultimate Edition on PC, I’ve faced literally every major bug on this platform: FPS drops down to 5-10, complete controller disconnection in Rivals and online tournaments, and random crashes.
And now you decided to finish me off - I haven’t been able to connect to EA servers for a full day. My internet is stable, and my PC specs are more than twice the recommended ones.
Honestly, I’m giving up here. Why are you treating your community like this? When can we expect fixes for all these issues?

Unable to connect or if I do I get disconnected quick since early access. Lost out on all the benefits of having early access. Located in AZ and Cox internet.

Same boat, Dallas with Spectrum on PS5. Playstation turned down my refund request. No one at EA listening. What am I even supposed to do

I receive the same messages that has already been shared hundreds of times in this thread. I have not been able to play on Spectrum internet since 9/18. Purchased the Ultimate Edition preorder, purchased EA Play just to get the 10-hour earlier access and it was all in vain. Like all of us on here, we’ve gotten a worse value for our money than the people who just purchased the regular edition of the game. WE NEED SERIOUS COMPENSATION for this ongoing issue of not being able to play. WE ARE FALLING WAY BEHIND THE POWER CURVE compared to everyone else. EA has had the poorest communication out of any year I have played this game and I’ve been playing FIFA/EA FC since the first year in the mid 90s.

Anyone know how to change your region on PS5. When I used my hotspot and vpn it worked but then kicked me off after a while. Does anyone know how to change region?

still cant connect to UT since the 18th of sept. i just dont understand why they have not fixed it yet. their has to be some sort of compensation for us not being able to play the game we payed for. located in texas
