Connection Problems

No i play ps5. My friend, this is really annoying! I've tried every way to solve this problem, but nothing works!

I don't understand how to successfully connect to EA servers, but I can't play Ultimate Team.

Are you able to access the campaign app?

I was only able to access it when I used a VPN on my phone.  Without it, I can't log in, and I even tried using a mobile hotspot with a VPN on my PlayStation, but I couldn't connect to the servers.

I've also had this issue for the past 3 days half of the time. I cannot get into UT and get server connection errors. Then 6 hours later it may work. I've reset the router, gone from wired to wireless and back, and hard reset the PS5. I have no issue connecting to EA Servers for Ultimate Team in NCAA Football 26 and FC25 - only FC26 is giving me problems.

Hey there. Are you saying you're randomly getting this error? Are you also able to connect over a mobile hotspot?
