Console sharing

I’m doing on PlayStation console sharing already for like the moment it came out with my brother can play every game expect for ea fc 26 my brother can play he’s account is primary on mine so I can play very game that he has in my account because it’s on my console except ea fc 26 o only get learn to play and upgrade while if I go on my brothers account it’s all fine 

I tried everything restoring license deleting and downloading the game nothing helps , if anybody can help will love to hear it
