I'm having the same issue—just sharing to help. I've tried everything possible, but none of it worked, so it seems to be something on EA's end. What's even more frustrating is that when I first downloaded the game, it worked perfectly for that day. The next day, it started restarting my PC 3–5 minutes into gameplay.
