Constant disconnections from EA servers - Game unplayable

Hi all,

I’m playing on PC and have been consistently disconnecting from EA servers every 5–20 minutes, mostly during matches. It doesn’t matter what mode I’m in — Rivals, Squad Battles, or the Early Access Elimination Tournament — I get kicked mid-game and it’s making the game completely unplayable.

Right before the disconnect happens, the game freezes for a second, and I also lose connection to my (wired) controller briefly — then I get kicked out with a server error. It happens repeatedly and predictably, every single session.

Things I’ve already tried:

• Changed my DNS server
• Contacted my ISP — my connection is stable and fast
• Repaired both the game files and GPU drivers
• Turned memory integrity on
• And a lot more troubleshooting steps

System Info / Additional Notes:

• My PC has more than enough specs to run the game
• I have a Radeon RX 7700 XT GPU and a Ryzen 5 5600 CPU
• I’m using a wired controller, and this issue still happens
• No issues like this in any other online games
• This didn’t happen at all in EA FC 25

At this point, I’m out of ideas. It really feels like a server-side issue or something specific to this version of the game on PC. I’d appreciate any help, or at least some acknowledgment from EA, because this is ruining the experience.
