Constant heavy gameplay with input delays (PS5)

This has been happening for the best part of 2/3 weeks since the first patch. I’m experiencing constant slow, heavy gameplay with input delays all over the place. It’s not just here and there, it’s every game. My opponent doesn’t appear to be affected, or at least that’s the impression I get. I’ve tried everything. I play on a wired connection. 500+mbps download, 18-20ms ping. Router is next to the console. I’ve tested the ping during a game and it’s steady, no visual spike in the in game monitoring numbers. Could be packet loss? I’m at a loss. I’ve spoken to my internet provider and they can’t see anything their end. Server related? I’ve followed all tips on game play settings/visual settings. Has anyone got any experience or suggestions? 

Not here to moan. Just want a solution. 🤞
