Controller does not work in online modes, i want compensation

This is totally unacceptable, i bought the early access to play the game ealry and i literally cant play the modes i enjoy. Every time i go into rivals, draft, online seasons, etc i cant move my players, only pass the ball. 3 days have passed and i've yet to see a response from ea, i want some kind of compensation, i have the game since 1pm of the 18th and i've yet to play the early access tournament and most probably because of this dumb problem i wont even get to play it, thank u EA.
