Controller not working plus extreme lag

Two major issues have made the game completely unplayable.

First, there is no way to play online. Either Clubs drop-in, ultimate team rivals, champs or even rush or normal seasons. In all these modes, the controller stops working properly. It will be OK for 5 seconds than it will get locked.  The suggested "fix" with changing graphic quality is NOT Working.

Second issue, performance of the game drops to unplayable levels. The game starts fine with good fps and good pace. As the game progresses and I assume animations happen, the game starts to lag until it takes more than 5 seconds for something to register.

These two issues have been reported in multiple threads and they are totally game breaking. I do not understand how can a game be released in such an unplayable state. 

The worst thing is the communication around them. A hacky not working fix for one issue and then nobody knows if anyone is working on fixing both of them.

This year's release has been the biggest disappointment and I believe we are just testing an alpha of the game. I do expect prompt fixes and compensation as 80% of the game is not working.
