I'm facing the exact same issue on windows 11 running Ryzen 5 9600x and RTX 5070 TI, windows event log is showing this: 

"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0xffffc007310f2010, 0xfffff80062d8d140, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\123025-15453-01.dmp. Report Id: 5d42a68d-65ce-46da-a76a-91d1486caf0c."
