Cross-region teammates/friends in lobby creates ping Issue.

While I am playing alone(any modes)then my ping is fine(generally below 50-60) but when I add a friend from another region(geographically far) then my ping goes above 400 in both 11 v 11 and Rush mode.
I contacted my ISP and they said the routing from their part is fine.
I am PC user.
