Delay issue between my controller(please fix your game EA)

Here's my problem that has been with my since I got the game. When ever I want to play online especially in matches the game starts out fine I can switch players when I press the button on my controller with out any delays. mind you the game is on my NVME drive  and all my setting are set to low and I'm playing minimized because that's where I had the most success with the game running normally for like a week and then it goes back to the delay this has effectively affected the rewards I have gotten because of the new system that you have implemented for not finishing a match "DNF" when my game becomes so unplayable that all I can do is watch as the people I play against and with lose the match because of it i want to continue to support the game but every time i play this game i have to keep in mind that there might be a delay and that breaks my concentration. both my controller and internet are wired and since you guys also keep track of how good our connection is to your servers. why is that this simple problem causes so much problems
