Delay on PC

Hi everyone, I  have been experiencing about a one-second delay whenever I try to play Rivals or Champions on PC EA App. My internet connection is stable, and my PC has not changed. This issue has been happening for about three weeks now and it is becoming very frustrating. I have already tried changing several settings, but nothing seems to fix the problem. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions on how to resolve this? Thanks
