Delays in the menu ?

I’m trying to access the store and complete sbcs and I’m having problem with it responding. It is not my internet as I am using a lack cable and every other game works fine. It’s very frustrating when you pay close to £100 for a game that doesn’t respond properly. How can you help with this ?.
