Game wont launch

I bought EA Sports FC 26 on Steam. The game launches, EA Anti-Cheat runs, then it loops back to EA App library i have reinstalled the game, reinstalled EA App, cleared cache, and Secure Boot is ON

i also deletd the .dlf files but when i sign in that error appears when im clearly connected to internet
