Even after the new update today i still get disconnected or fps drop(5-10fps) on the second half or after a foul

same issue bro i lag on the menus or in game sometimes the game is fine but it has gotten really frustrating i feel you.
Is there a way of transferring all my ultimate team on my ps5 ive had enough of serval issues since the release
