Disconnected after 5 minutes in game.

Title basically describes my issue. Started happening right after bf6 came out, not sure how to fix it or how to contact support since ea support page doesn’t have a way to directly contact them or make a ticket. Anyone have any solutions? Ive tried many basic things like repairing the game, reinstalling on same/diff drive, tried uninstalling both game and ea app. Tried different dns and different wifi networks/wired connection. I feel like I’ve exhausted all my repair options. It happens with all ea games aswell its not just limited to fc26. I cant even play skate or bf6 for longer than 5 mins without facing an unknown error. If anyones got some solutions please help me out. I should note i am on ea app not steam. 

worth noting aswell my roommate is able to play no problem so afaik it is not an isp issue, he can play both fc26 and bf6 without a hitch. Also on ea app and wired connection like myself.

  • This is wrong to mark as a solution. if it was his ISP he wouldnt be able to play any games on his PC. The problem here is with games specifically on the EA app, i believe?

    That is not how ISP or networks work EpicusFooticus​. Having issues with one title means nothing.

    You can have issues with one part of a game and not another  due to ISP routing for example.

    Still believe its wrong to mark as a solution, i have already tried everything on that linked support page. I also mentioned that I was able to play the game just fine before the release of bf6. So again where can we go from here? Contacting the isp is out of the options due to living situation. 

  • same problem here, got 96 score and every 5-10 min its closing ultimate. app works fine, but game on pc with last update is really bad

    When seeing issues with connection like this that troubleshooting does not help AliiAlman​ then you will need to work with your ISP to test and troubleshoot your connection.

    If the issues were on the server side then everyone would be seeing issues and we would have them flagged on our end.

    Issues like this are something that you need to work on from your end.

    Just connect me with support because I know its not an isp issue. I wish i could talk to them on my own but that help website is so bad i cant even make a ticket. Issues like this are something you guys should be able to help with. Seeing as how i was able to play fine from release day up until bf6 release, id say its more of an issue from your guys’ end. Just give me supports email and ill deal with it.EA_Darko​ also just linking a support page and marking it as a solution without confirming if it even works is bad practice. 

  • Hi, just want to say now game it's not closing, I used to play with YouTube on my other screen, started to play without using it and finally in played 8 hours without game closing. Still some other gameplay issues, but don't know how now I can play. FYI I've got RTX4090 and it's been always in high, never reached 60-70% of use, even when I used to play YouTube before.
