Disconnected from every game I play without fail

I have a PS5 and a PC and regardless of which one I play on I cant finish a SINGLE game without being disconnected. Whether it be rush or squad battles or Rivals, every single game I get disconnected...

I have to set up my entire game again like it’s my first time playing. But when I get into ultimate team everything is just like it was.
