Disconnected from every game I play without fail

I have a PS5 and a PC and regardless of which one I play on I cant finish a SINGLE game without being disconnected. Whether it be rush or squad battles or Rivals, every single game I get disconnected. I am on my new PC account trying to unlock the transfer market but I can't even finish the challenges because every game I just get booted out with that "UNABLE TO CONNECT TO EA SERVERS" message. Here is my connection score for reference I am using Starlink ethernet connection so my internet is not the problem as for every other purpose my internet works perfectly. I was also able to play 200+ games of rivals on PS5 from the release of this game until about last week with absolutely no disconnecting issues. This week? I literally cannot play the game at all. The literal definition of an unplayable game unfortunately for me these past few days.

    I'm not saying you need perfect internet. There are some that can play fine over a wireless connection even. Your connection score is a bit low for FC 26 though and that's due to either your ISP and/or equipment. Have you talked to them to see if they're noticing any issues?

    Did you log into a different account by mistake?

  • Having the exact same issues except my connection score is 94 with packet loss 0.02% EA can’t expect everyone to have perfect 99 internet to be able to play the game. It has to be a server issue on their end. Making it impossible to win the gauntlet because there’s a disconnect in roughly 80% of the games played today.

    Are you on a wired or wireless connection? Have you tried any troubleshooting yet?

    i am connected via ethernet as per the connection report on my EA account. Yes I have attempted troubleshooting measures including running this command from my command prompt: ping 8.8.8.8 -t and monitored the result of this command on my second monitor while playing FC 26 on the other monitor. This ping is very consistent and drops 1-4 packages out of every 5,000 or so. The issue is not my internet connection as this is the result of running a speedtest.
