Disconnections every other game, it's becoming impossible to play

In the past week or so I started to experience disconnections in the middle of fut games every day while playing in XBOX series S - the game just  freeze randomly and I get an error message that disconnects me from ultimate team. 

I have never experienced these kind of issues before, my internet connection is good (optic fiber 600mbps) and I don't use any other app/game over the internet while playing. I tried to reinstall the game or restart the router.

I got disconnections during fut champs, gauntlet and the silver cup, costing me objectives and rewards. It's getting pricey at this point. 

I really don't want to play the game like this. 

Anyone else noticed worse connection recently?
