Disconnects after a win

Some days EA will keep dc’ing me after winning. It never happens after a loss and some days it’s completely fine and sometimes it’s like a 50/50 of whether I get disconnected or not with the error message “EA are unable to process your request at the moment, please try again later”. It happens after the final whistle and I’ve won but it still counts as a loss. It happened to me once in the futties gauntlet live event and it’s happened about 8 times in the penalty shootout event. I don’t often play online matches and it rarely happens in squad battles.

Ive tried reinstalling my drivers as that fixed a similar issue in squad battles that dced me if I scored more than 5, I’ve tried launching the game from the EA launcher instead of steam, and I've tried restarting my computer but none of them fixed the issue.
