Division Rivals bug, no competition available

I can’t play rivals due to an error message saying there is no competition available ???? 

I have tried the game on another xbox console. 
I have tried uninstalling the game. 
I have reset my internet countless times. 
I have contacted EA chat several times.

I still can’t play i first contacted EA live chat last Sunday and  they  still havent fixed it. 
This is becoming a joke. 
I paid £300 for fc points whats the point when I can’t even play rivals??? 
Just fix it it’s really not that hard
