1 day agoHey there. Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear about your connection issues. Have you tried the connection troubleshooting steps here? In many cases, a thorough power cycle of your equipment can help. that can be done with these instructions:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
If none of these help, please run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score.
