Draft Disconnections

There are far too many cheaters in draft causing a disconnect at the start of the game at 0-0

I have spent money on FC points to enter and over 10 times I have faced a cheater on PC and lost the round.

Tried the missing content tool for the disconnects and only once has it worked and I have been given a draft token, just one. I've been disconnected so many more times yet the tool doesn't recognise this.

I spoke to live chat about the issue and they stated the only thing that can be done is use the tool. I said it doesn't work and asked for the case to be escalated. They said this wasn't possible. What type of customer service is this? Spending money on the game and being treated like this.

Is there anything else that can be done?
