EA App won’t launch

The EA app on PC wont launch, it gives error code: EC: 10001 giving you the options to sign out or exit app. As a result I can’t lauch the game.

When I try to lauch the game from Steam it says “SOMETHING WENT WRONG… There’s a problem with your account…”
